Fleurie La Chapelle des Bois has aromas of raspberries, red fruit compote and spices. It is a charming wine, medium to full-bodied and has a meaty flavor with a nice tannic texture. The wine has a broad core of red fruit with juicy acidity and a long finish.

The grapes are harvested manually after which they undergo traditional Beaujolais vinification, with whole bunches placed in concrete vats for 10 days. This cuvée then matures further in concrete tanks for more than 12 months.
