This wine has subtle aromas of ripe fruits such as pears and grapefruit. On the palate, it has notes of fresh butter and soft herbal aromas emerge that create an interesting complexity. The wine is open, fleshy and has hints of wood aging in the background. The wine is balanced by natural fresh acidity and finishes with flavors of toasted almonds.

The jacquére grapes (typical Savoy grape variety) comes from a clay-limestone soil with stony rubble slopes. The vineyard is on a sunny south/southeast facing slope with views of the Great Alps. The vines are about 60 years old and are grown organically. The wine undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation and matures on its fine lees to create filling and creaminess. 20% of the wine matures in French oak barrels.
