This wine has a beautiful ruby red color. On the nose, the wine is fruity with red berries, strawberry, raspberry and some aromas of menthol and pepper that bring great freshness. The taste is full, round with light tannins. The finish highlights the taste of small red berries.
The gamay grapes come from a clay-limestone soil with stony rubble slopes from the Alps. The vineyard is located on a sunny hillside southeast between Chambéry and Albertville. The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
