Le Perrier has an open and pure character. It it notes flowers and ripe fruits of grapefruit and green apple. The wine is nicely balanced, lively and has a fresh finish.

The sauvignon grapes grow low to the ground on chalky soil. The grapes are hand-picked after which fermentation takes place in inox tanks. Maturation of the wine takes place on lees with batonnage, for 6 to 8 months.
