Morgon Château Gaillard has floral aromas combined with stewed red fruit. The different flavors that emerge combine elegance and finesse with a fleshy and silky finish. Over time, spicy notes will also develop in the wine.
The grapes are harvested manually after which they undergo traditional Beaujolais vinification, with whole bunches placed in concrete vats for 12 to 14 days. This cuvée matures for 10 to 12 months sur lie in concrete vats.
